MAHLE Aftermarket Showcasing Full Product Range at AAPEX

For the first time, MAHLE said it will showcase battery diagnostic and service solutions to the North American market.

MAHLE Aftermarket announced it will present itself as a full-service provider to its customers during AAPEX – “featuring a unique product range to demonstrate its one-stop store approach for high-performance engine parts for heavy- and light-duty vehicles,” in booth A2661.

For the first time, MAHLE said it will showcase battery diagnostic and service solutions for the North American market.

“The demands placed on workshops are changing and becoming more diversified. Battery-electric, hybrid drives and combustion engines as well as hydrogen drives form the powertrain mix of the future, both for passenger cars as well as heavy-duty,” said Philipp Grosse Kleimann, member of the MAHLE Management Committee and head of the Aftermarket business unit.

“Our full line-up of aftermarket and service solutions is designed to align with our strategy MAHLE 2030+ which is to positively shape green mobility of tomorrow, with a keen focus on electrification and thermal management as well as continuing to serve the ICE market,” said Jon Douglas, president, MAHLE Aftermarket North America.

From performance, heavy-duty and light-duty vehicle engine parts to filters, thermal management, and the latest systems, MAHLE , an aftermarket full-service provider, will showcase its portfolio of engine product innovations, including CLEVITE bearings, MAHLE pistons and rings and valves. For gaskets, MAHLE has more than 10,000 part numbers for nearly 900,000 applications. The company also offers a variety of air, oil, fuel and cabin air filters, to improve air circulation and eliminate harmful toxins from entering the vehicle.

“In the course of the transformation to e-mobility, MAHLE has been expanding its activities in the field of electrification and thermal management and is one of the innovation drivers in these technologies. We are setting the Aftermarket portfolio of tomorrow,” added Kleimann.

The re-designed FluidPRO ATX-280 for transmission fluid exchange also will make its North American debut at the MAHLE AAPEX booth. It features a large touch screen display and the adoption of a new graphical interface for easier customer operation. When connected to WiFi, the machine allows constant updates and remote assistance, as well as the ability to print the final report directly from the workshop PC.

MAHLE also will showcase new products for determining the health status of the high-voltage battery during the charging process and for safe exchange of battery coolant, as well as its portfolio of air-conditioning service equipment and the MAHLE ShopPRO series of jacks and lifting devices.
