APH Fundraiser Raises $406K for WACOSA

APH’s Annual Fundraiser Raises $406,000 for WACOSA

Automotive Parts Headquarters' 10-year grand total in supporting adults with disabilities has reached $2.3 million.

Automotive Parts Headquarters (APH), in collaboration with its supplier partners and the Bartlett family, announced it raised $406,000 at its fundraiser for adults with disabilities. APH says this year’s event saw an outpouring of support, with all donations matched by both APH and the Bartlett family. This year’s collaborative effort pushed the ten-year grand total to $2.3 million raised for WACOSA and its day programs, which offer work opportunities to more than 650 adults with disabilities in central Minnesota.

To express their gratitude and appreciation to everyone who rallied behind this year’s fundraiser, John and Nancy Bartlett hosted a cocktail reception and lobster dinner at their home. The highlight of the gathering was the presentation of the donation to Nancy Betts, the executive director of WACOSA.

“The profound impact of this annual contribution, spearheaded by the Bartlett family and APH, has a transformative effect on countless lives in central Minnesota,” said Nancy Betts. “Irrespective of the barriers these adults face, the financial support extended to WACOSA through these contributions ensures that each individual receives the customized structural, physical and personal assistance necessary to reach their full potential.”

Corey Bartlett, the CEO of APH, expressed his astonishment at the overwhelming support received. “We are truly amazed by the generosity of our supporters,” Bartlett stated. “Every dollar raised will play a significant role in advancing WACOSA’s mission to provide individuals with disabilities the opportunity to work and live in their community. We cannot overstate how proud and thankful we are for the support from our supplier partners.”

The annual fundraiser is organized by a dedicated team, including Jay Knopick and Brad Johnson from N.A. Williams, Mark Hoffman from East Penn Manufacturing, John Oster from Tall Sales, Pat Ryan and Kyle Shroyer from NorthPro Representatives, and Tony Migas from Dorman Products.
