Transit Distributes 3 Premium Brake Pad Lines by AmeriBRAKES

The AmeriPRO, AmeriPLATINUM and Severe Duty lines provide superior performance and exceptional brake control, Transit says.

Transit, an auto parts manufacturer and distributor in Eastern Canada, announced that it now distributes the AmeriBRAKES brand, including three lines of premium brake pads designed to original equipment requirements. The AmeriPRO, AmeriPLATINUM and Severe Duty lines provide superior performance and exceptional brake control, Transit says.

With more than 75 years of experience in vehicle-optimized formulas, high quality and consistency of raw materials, and rigorous quality control throughout the manufacturing process, AmeriBRAKES ensures that their products deliver reliable braking performances. In addition, AmeriBRAKES reduces its ecological footprint by manufacturing its products in Canada for shorter transport distances, and by complying with the 2025 regulation on the use of copper-free ceramic materials.

Stephan Guay, president of Transit Inc., explains what motivated his choice to incorporate these products into his offer: “With the supply chain disruptions of recent years, we wanted to regain control over lead times by sourcing locally to better protect our customers’ sales. We chose AmeriBRAKES products because they are renowned for their high quality, which we were able to confirm with internal testing. I am confident that our customers will appreciate these premium brake pads.”
