ATI SuperConference Hosts Record-Breaking Number of Attendees

ATI makes history with the first SuperConference that broke the 700-attendee threshold.

Automotive Training Institute (ATI), a leading coaching and training company for auto shop owners, hosted its 19th annual SuperConference at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California. The conference reached a record-high of more than 700 shop owner members, their employees and family, and ATI’s partner sponsors.

Attendees gathered at the luxury resort to learn new business growth strategies, explore exhibitor products and services, raise funds for the mikeroweWORKS Foundation, participate in interactive teambuilding activities, and celebrate ATI’s Top Shop and Shop of the Year Winners.

“We are passionate about making each SuperConference better than the last. It’s not just about professional development, it’s about delivering a unique conference experience like no other in the industry, having fun, and celebrating as one big automotive business family. You have to experience it to really understand just how special it is,” says Richard Menneg, ATI president.

This year’s speaker line-up included Craig Miller & Drum Café, Extreme Leadership President, Steve Farber, Erik “Mr. Awesome” Swanson, SBR Worldwide’s CEO Sam Richter, Richard Menneg, Performance Coach Dr. Kevin Elko, and American Ninja Warrior, Alex Weber.

“Not only were we educated and motivated, but we were also encouraged and supported by an amazing community of like-minded people. The extracurricular activities were a blast! Thank you once again for all that you do!” says Kristine Miller Berena, ATI member.

In addition, SuperConference attendees collectively raised $57,000 for the mikeroweWORKS Foundation to help fund automotive skilled trade scholarships.

Next year’s SuperConference will be on March 15-18, 2023, at the El Conquistador Resort in Fajardo, Puerto Rico.
