JohnDow Launches Upgraded Website

JohnDow Launches Upgraded Website

The redesigned JohnDow.com provides the ultimate customer experience, featuring new digital product showrooms.

JohnDow Industries (JDI), a leading supplier and distributor of automotive aftermarket equipment and products announced the launch of its new, redesigned JohnDow.com website. The mobile-responsive website now delivers an improved, in-depth user experience with one simple goal: helping customers easily find the products they’re seeking out.

The innovative, modern JohnDow.com website includes product searchability on every page and multiple ways to discover products based on how customers prefer to search. Each of JDI’s divisions – Service Equipment, Dynamic TPMS and Back Shop Supplies and EuroVent Vehicle Exhaust Extraction – are accessible through JohnDow.com and also have their own microsites. Each division showcases its signature branding and search capabilities within all divisional catalogs.

One of the biggest elements of the new website is four digital product showrooms featuring Fuel Handling, Used Oil and Fluid Handling, Shop Equipment, and EuroVent Exhaust Extraction. These digital product showrooms encompass the product showroom experience, virtually anytime, anywhere. Visitors clicking on a product can view and control 360-degree images to get a closer look at product features.

“A statement we’ve heard is ‘We didn’t know you sell that,’ so we redesigned our website to help divisional customers find exactly what they need while also giving them the opportunity to see what else we can provide for them,” said Robert Christy, president of JDI. “For those who are unable to attend trade shows right now, our virtual product showrooms are always open, 24/7.”

JohnDow.com also features JDI’s latest news, SDS Sheets and downloadable content like product flyers and user manuals and related parts listings on every product page.

“Our customers already trust our quality products and we plan on living up to our name in making JohnDow the trusted resource when looking for shop equipment and supplies,” said Heather King, director of marketing at JDI. “We are confident these upgrades and the additional enhancements coming in the next few months will demonstrate this.”

JohnDow will feature the new digital showrooms along with other high-demand JDI products at AAPEX in Las Vegas, Nov. 2-4. The digital showrooms are always open on JohnDow.com.
