B’laster Holdings Acquires Casite

Casite is best known for the Motor Honey and EZ Connect Tire Repair brands.

B’laster Holdings announced today the acquisition of Casite, a globally distributed and recognized brand of premium maintenance chemicals and innovative tire repair products.

“Casite fits perfectly with our focus on repair-it-yourself brands that solve real-world problems in and around the house and garage,” said Randy Pindor, president and CEO. “Consumers and automotive professionals have trusted Casite products for nearly 100 years and we are so excited to continue growing the brand across the globe.”

B’laster Holdings was formed in 2020 following the acquisition of AC Avalanche by B’laster Corporation (now B’laster LLC). Its brand portfolio now includes AC Avalanche, B’laster and Casite. The new structure provides strategic and operational flexibility to enable the company to continue serving its retail and distribution customers and, ultimately, users who are looking for products that work.

“We will continue to evolve and grow B’laster Holdings with a focus on market-driven opportunities that allow us to leverage our competitive advantages,” said Pindor. “Bringing the Casite brand under our umbrella is an exciting step for the future of B’laster Holdings.”

With four locations, B’laster Holdings employs staff in both Ohio and Texas. The company is led by a leadership team consisting of Pindor; Ted Bradley, vice president, Sales and Marketing; Hernan Cano, vice president of Finance/Controller; and Chad Moline, vice president, Operations. B’laster Holdings is privately held.
