NGK Spark Plugs USA. Inc. has been awarded two 2020 On-Time Shipping Recognition Awards from GM Customer Care and Aftersales.

These supplier status awards, one gold and one platinum, recognize NGK Spark Plugs and its’ Sissonville, West Virginia, manufacturing facility for playing an important role in supporting GM’s efforts to design, build and sell the world’s best vehicles.

“Meeting fluctuating requirements has certainly taken a lot of effort and close cooperation between the NGK Sales, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management teams, especially during a very difficult year,” said Toshio Lewis – NGK, general manager and head of Global Key Account Management – GM Account. “We are extremely proud of our accomplishments and are honored to receive the recognition.”
