NTN Driveshaft Receives 2020 On-Time Shipping Award

NTN has received the Silver level award from GM Customer Care and Aftersales for 98+% on-time shipping.

NTN announce that its manufacturing facility, NTN Driveshaft Inc., has been named a recipient of a 2020 GM Customer Care and Aftersales On-Time Shipping Award. The award is given to those suppliers that show dedication and commitment to consistently performing above GM’s expectations. NTN has received the Silver level award, which is given to suppliers that have met a threshold of 98+% on-time shipping.

“At NTN, it is our goal to provide superior customer care and accurate, on-time shipping so being recognized by GM with this hard-earned honor is a thrill for all of our employees,” said Kevin Judge, vice president of Sales and Marketing Automotive Aftermarket. “I especially want to thank our employees in the service parts department whose work is the reason we have received this award. The events of the past year provided us with many challenges but our team stepped up and met those challenges head-on. This is an honor they should all be very proud of because they most certainly earned it.”

Established in 1989, NTN Driveshaft Inc., is a 120-acre campus located in Columbus, Indiana, that contains more than 1.2 million square feet of manufacturing space, making it one of the largest constant velocity joint manufacturing facilities in the world. NTN Driveshaft employs a diverse workforce of 1,650 employees and is a supporter of a number of youth initiatives, making it a staple in the Columbus community.
