NTK Expands Beyond Sensor Line To Offer VVT Solenoids

Offering more than 180 part numbers, the portfolio includes coverage for popular Domestic, Asian and European applications.

NTK has announced the addition of Variable Valve Timing Solenoids (VVT) to complement its full line of premium technical sensors.

NTK’s program approach focuses on high failure rate applications of VVT solenoids in vehicles that are 2004 model year and newer. Offering more than 180 part numbers, the portfolio includes coverage for popular Domestic, Asian and European applications, covering over 160MM vehicles on the road today.

As with all of its products, NTK upholds its practice of using superior components and the highest quality manufacturing processes to create parts which will outperform and outlast the competition.

“Realizing there is a market need and desire for high-quality, premium level VVTs, we saw an opportunity to deliver an improved product,” said Mark Boyle – NGK general manager, Product. “To ensure quality and earn the NTK brand designation, each part is tested to strict OE standards.”
