MAHLE Motorsport Adds Chrysler Hemi 5.7L Dome PowerPak

These newest forged Chrysler dome kits deliver strength, added compression and durability.

MAHLE Motorsport has now added to its growing line of power-adder-ready pistons a new 5.7L Hemi, in both stock stroke and 3.00” stroker applications. These newest forged Chrysler dome kits deliver strength, added compression and durability and are available wherever MAHLE Motorsport pistons are sold. 

The kits feature a unique dome shape designed to work with early 85cc 5.7L heads including the 2009+ 65cc 5.7L heads and the 74cc 6.1L cylinder heads. This PowerPak Plus Kit offers cylinder head interchangeability that can be combined with a variety of stock and aftermarket gasket thicknesses to achieve a large number of compression ratio combinations. Manufactured with 2618 alloy for increased high-temperature strength and durability, the pistons are dual-coated with phosphate and MAHLE’s GRAFAL skirt coating for reduced drag and wear and optimized ring lands for maximum durability in power adder applications. Included with this kit are 1.0, 1.0, 2.0mm coated steel rings, HV385 steel top, steel Napier 2nd & standard tension oil rings. 

The HEMI 5.7L Dome PowerPak Plus forged pistons are available in several sizes: 345 cubic inch with a 3.917 bore (part #930276017, 347 cubic inch with a 3.927 bore (part # 930276027), 349 cubic inch with a 3.937 bore (part #930276037), and a 350 cubic inch with a 3.947 bore in 3.579” stock stroke (part #930276047.) 

The HEMI 5.7L Dome Stroker applications are available in sizes that range from 366 cubic inch with a 3.917 bore (part #930276017), 368 cubic inch with a 3.927 bore (part#930276027), 370 cubic inch with a 3.937 bore (part# 930276037), and a 372 cubic with a 3.947 bore (part #930276047.)
