AkzoNobel Announces New Sikkens Website For US Market

The website is equipped with intuitive and responsive functionality that will enhance the user experience on any device.

AkzoNobel Vehicle Refinishes recently announced that it has launched a Sikkens Vehicle Refinishes website specific to the United States market – www.sikkensvr.com/en-us. The new website features a clean look and easy navigation to information about premium Sikkens products available in the U.S. Apart from the improved look and feel, the website is equipped with intuitive and responsive functionality that will enhance the user experience on any device. Navigation has been improved to bring visitors the information they need very quickly, with minimum clicks.

“We are excited to provide a direct, online resource for products available in the United States,” says John Eubanks, marketing manager for AkzoNobel Vehicle Refinishes Americas. “Previously, customers could access this information through the global Sikkens website, but not without navigating through several menu options.”

AkzoNobel’s color leadership is strongly featured on the new website, with a prominent focus on color tools such as the Automatchic and MIXIT. The website also features information on the robust “beyond paint” offering available to Sikkens customers in the U.S., such as:

  • Acoat Selected – supporting body shop business growth and helping improve profitability and day-to-day operations
  • Carbeat – a robust, patented, cloud-based digital process control solution designed to improve communication and production efficiency for individual body shops and multi-shop businesses
  • Nationwide Automotive Training Centers – providing easy access to real-world application training
  • Technical Support – AkzoNobel’s team of automotive refinish experts helps body shops select the best materials for their shop; and trains on the best application methods, while minimizing stock and reducing waste
