Build Strategies ‘From The Shop Floor Up’ At #AASAVision

During the 2020 AASA Vision Conference taking place March 26 in Rosemont, Illinois, Derek Kaufman, managing partner with Schwartz Advisors, will explore why suppliers should develop strategies “from the shop floor up” to gain a competitive edge. Kaufman is responsible for M&A support and company growth work in the auto and heavy-duty aftermarket and is president of the C3 Network. His session at AASA Vision is titled, “It All Starts with the Repair Shop.”

Kaufman has worked in the transportation industry for 45 years, with positions ranging from vice president marketing and product planning for Freightliner Trucks; senior vice president of sales, marketing and customer support for Hino Trucks; president of Diesel Technology, a subsidiary of Penske Corp.; vice president of administration for Smart USA, and CEO of Mission Motors Co.
