Arnott Celebrates 30 Years Of Leadership And Innovation In Aftermarket Air Suspension Products

In the 30 years, Arnott has grown into a global company, with more than 350 SKUs for more than 800 applications, and occupies a 20-acre manufacturing facility and research and development center in Merritt Island, Florida.

Arnott is celebrating 30 years of business. Founded by the Arnott family in Punta Gorda, Florida, Arnott has always focused on ensuring customer satisfaction by manufacturing high-quality products and improving the air suspension product category.

After his son Adam displayed an aptitude for fixing a leaking air spring on the family car, Donald Arnott quickly recognized that there was a market for affordable solutions that addressed common failure points in air suspension technology. Adam and Donald formed Arnott Air Suspension Products and began manufacturing and selling air suspension components throughout Florida. In the 30 years since, Arnott has grown into a global company, with more than 350 SKUs for more than 800 applications, and occupies a 20-acre manufacturing facility and research and development center in Merritt Island, Florida.

“For three decades, Arnott has demonstrated a commitment to developing exceptional air suspension technology and earning the trust of distributors, installers and end users,” said Arnott CEO Joe Santangelo. “Arnott’s long list of innovations and patents has cemented its position as a global leader in aftermarket air suspension replacement solutions.”

Arnott’s manufacturing approach has always been grounded in a desire to drive innovations that improve air suspension parts. The company operates a 60,000 -square-foot research & development facility in Florida that features state-of-the-art test equipment, 3D printers, a dedicated CNC machine center and multiple lifts. Using a fleet of test vehicles, products are road tested for thousands of miles to ensure that they can perform as close to the OE as possible.

With Arnott, customers have the benefit of choice when repairing or replacing an air suspension system. Customers can choose from remanufactured air struts, which maintain OE damping functionality, or one of Arnott’s aftermarket new products such as replacement air springs, shocks, air suspension compressors or coil spring conversion kits. Whether it is a new or remanufactured product, Arnott combines sophisticated research & development practices with premium tier-one components to provide OE quality – without the OE price, said the company.
