Transtar Industries Acquires The Assets Of SeaTac Parts Warehouse Inc.

SeaTac Parts Warehouse Inc., a distributor of transmission and driveline parts, is headquartered in Kent, Washington. SeaTac’s Kent operation will be merged into Transtar’s Kent, Washington, location.

Aftermarket transmission parts distributor, Transtar Industries, recently announced the acquisition of the assets of SeaTac Parts Warehouse Inc., a distributor of transmission and driveline parts headquartered in Kent, Washington. SeaTac’s Kent operation will be merged into Transtar’s Kent, Washington, location. 

Of the transaction, SeaTac President Mike Ott commented, “Similar to Transtar, we focus on maintaining close professional relationships with rebuilders and shop owners. In deciding how to transition our family’s business, we determined that there was no better partner than Transtar to maintain and advance the relationships we built over the years.” 

“SeaTac’s focus on service and relationships is in perfect alignment with Transtar,” said Tom DeMille, vice president of sales and marketing. “We are excited to bring Transtar’s broad product offering to even more customers and are committed to meeting their needs on a daily basis.”
