Revere Plastics Systems has acquired certain assets from Sur-Flo Plastics & Engineering, Angle Advisors announced.
Fraser, Michigan-based Sur-Flo is a manufacturer of highly engineered plastic components and assemblies for interior, exterior and functional applications. Serving its OEM and Tier I customer base, the company’s products include fascia bracket systems; radiator and front grille support systems; ornamental exterior appliques; underbody splash and aero shields; and MIC interior components.
From its 120,000-square-foot facility, Sur-Flo maintains 35 injection-molding presses ranging from 45 tons to 3,300 tons, as well as other equipment enabling a variety of value-added secondary operations such as post-mold assembly and vibration welding.
