Eaton Launches Aftermarket And E-Commerce Website

The new site, EatonPartsOnline.com, is designed to make it easier for Eaton’s customers, consolidating information from multiple locations into a single experience and introducing a variety of product-related research tools.

Eaton Vehicle Group has launched an aftermarket e-commerce website for its Performance Automotive Differential product portfolio.

The new site, EatonPartsOnline.com, is designed to make it easier for Eaton’s customers, consolidating information from multiple locations into a single experience and introducing a variety of product-related research tools.

From the website’s home page, customers can receive product information, request additional support and locate the right product for their application by using the portal’s differential product selector tool.

In addition, customers who purchase directly from Eaton can place orders via a new business-to-business e-commerce interface. With a personalized login ID and password, customers can place orders in a variety of formats, view current inventory, review order history, reprint invoices, track shipments and much more.

“The new website and capabilities are an integral part of providing our customers more real-time information and making it easy to do business with Eaton’s aftermarket business,” said Tim Bauer, vice president, Aftermarket, Eaton Vehicle Group North America. “Eaton plans to continue to add product lines, tools and information to the website. Our commitment to quality, customer support and ease of doing business will continue to provide leadership in the marketplace, and with feedback from our customers, we will continue our focus on enhancing the customer experience with Eaton and our products.”
