Auto-Wares Group of Companies is expanding its network of company-owned store locations with the acquisition of Lincolnway Auto Supply.
Lincolnway Auto Supply, operating in Valparaiso, Indiana, has been in business for 37 years, owned and operated by President John Tillema. Lincolnway Auto Supply was formerly a Bumper to Bumper location and will now become an Auto Value Parts Store.
Auto-Wares Group of Companies President Todd Leimenstoll said, “John Tillema and his staff have built a great business. We are pleased that Auto-Wares has been entrusted to lead Lincolnway into the future with our strong resources and industry-leading innovations. We look forward to meeting the needs of the Valparaiso auto care marketplace and look forward to becoming part of the community. We are excited to continue Auto-Wares’ history of growth with a 40-year commitment to our independent customers, our continued company-owned market growth and quality acquisitions of like-minded family owned businesses.”
Tillema commented, “I am happy to announce the merger of Lincolnway Auto Supply with Auto Wares of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Continued good service and high-quality auto supplies was what helped me make the decision to merge. For more than 36 years, Lincolnway Auto Supply has tried to be the best auto supply store for its customers. Auto Wares will continue that tradition with additional, innovative ways to provide more service and good value.”
