TRICO Encourages Drivers To ‘Change Your Clocks, Change Your Blades’

The campaign emphasizes seasonal wiper blade replacement as a key checklist item in overall preventative vehicle maintenance.

Daylight Saving Time begins this Sunday, and, as everyone prepares for warmer weather and longer days, TRICO is sending out a reminder to “change your clocks, change your blades.” This campaign emphasizes seasonal wiper blade replacement as a key checklist item in overall preventative vehicle maintenance.

“As spring approaches, drivers must prepare for a shift in weather and road conditions,” said Dawn Gonzalez, brand manager at Trico Products Corp. “This is when driver visibility is critical, and vehicles need to be equipped with highly functional and effective wiper blades.”

Depending on the region, varying conditions such as excessive rain or pollen can significantly impact visibility on the road. With that in mind, individuals should research wiper blade options that best suit the needs of their specific driving environments.

This spring, the company says drivers should consider replacing their current blades with TRICO Force high-performance beam blades. These wiper blades are engineered with advanced wiper technologies designed for maximizing safety in today’s varying, and sometimes extreme, driving environments.
