Federated Auto Parts Becomes Gold Lifetime Trustee Of University Of The Aftermarket Foundation

The Gold Lifetime Trustee designation is reserved for those donating $250,000 to $499,999 to the University of the Aftermarket Foundation. Federated joins the following organizations in this elite category of donors: Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association, Dayco Products, Gates Corp. and Tenneco Automotive.

Federated - LogoFederated Auto Parts has become a Gold Lifetime Trustee of the University of the Aftermarket Foundation following a recent donation made to the foundation in honor of Larry Sills, executive chairman of Standard Motor Products and recipient of the inaugural “Jack Creamer Leader of the Year” award.

“At Federated, we believe that education and training are critical to the future success of our members, customers and the industry as a whole,” said Rusty Bishop, AAP, CEO of Federated Auto Parts. “We recently inducted Larry Sills into the Federated Vendor Hall of Fame because he shares the same passion for learning. It was only fitting that we make a donation to the University of the Aftermarket Foundation in his name to acknowledge his commitment to education and demonstrate our continued support of the foundation’s mission.”
