Arnott Introduces New Valve Blocks For BMW 5 Series And BMW X5

An air suspension solenoid valve block is responsible for distributing air from the compressor to a vehicle's air struts or air springs. Over time, valve block O-Rings can dry rot and leak air, causing the vehicle's air compressor to overwork.

Arnott Air Suspension Products, a provider of aftermarket air suspension parts and accessories, has announced the introduction of two new aftermarket air suspension solenoid valve blocks for BMW 5 Series and BMW X5 applications.

The second part is K-2898 for the 2007-’13 BMW X5 (E70 Chassis). It replaces OE part No. F6AZ5319AA, 8W1Z5319A and F1VY5319A, and retails for $119. Backed by Limited Lifetime Warranty in North America and the European Union.

Both K-2897 and K-2898 are direct replacements for the vehicle’s failing valve block.

An air suspension solenoid valve block is responsible for distributing air from the compressor to a vehicle’s air struts or air springs. Over time, valve block O-Rings can dry rot and leak air, causing the vehicle’s air compressor to overwork or allow moisture to degrade the electrical solenoid components, causing additional problems.

Arnott says its solenoid valve block is made from the highest quality materials and is designed to meet or exceed the original equipment.
