Mile Marker Industries, a manufacturer of rescue gear and equipment for the automotive aftermarket and OEM sectors, has been acquired by private equity firm HRH Boca LLC. The new ownership comes with an ambitious strategic vision, building upon the company’s heritage of professional quality products, according to the company. Mile Marker will retain its name and headquarters in Pompano Beach, Florida.
