Hayden Automotive Offers New Internal Pressure By-Pass Coolers

The Hayden by-pass series is available in four sizes to fit a wide range of applications, from compact cars to class “A” motorhomes.

Hayden Automotive has announced the addition of new internal pressure by-pass coolers. These allow the vehicle’s transmission to reach optimum operating temperature quickly by routing the fluid around the by-pass channel of the cooler until the fluid temperature increases.

Hayden - By-Pass Cooler“The patented design of Hayden pressure by-pass coolers help vehicles in colder climates reach proper operating temperatures faster, which improves fuel economy and helps reduce friction of internal components,” said Ron Miller, product and marketing manager of specialty products, Hayden Automotive. “Hayden’s internal pressure by-pass design incorporates an integrated valve that eliminates the need for external valves and additional plumbing at installation.”

The Hayden by-pass series is available in four sizes (part No.’s 696, 697, 698, 699) to fit a wide range of applications, from compact cars to class “A” motorhomes. The cooler brackets come pre-drilled for easy mounting and include all hardware necessary for installation. All coolers are 100 percent pressure-tested at the factory, ensuring technicians get the same quality and performance they have come to expect for more than 50 years.
