MFC Corp. Completes Recapitalization And Management Buy-Up

Based in Maumee, Ohio, MFC manufactures highly engineered, patented and proprietary flow-formed and cold-formed components for the automotive, heavy truck, agricultural industries, among others. The company’s components and assemblies are primarily utilized in critical transmission and powertrain applications. Out of its two facilities, including Maumee and its flow-forming operation in Shelby Township, Michigan, the company designs and produces complex products, including pinion carriers, transmission clutch drums, valve bridges, torque converter lugs and carrier assemblies.
