Thermal - CamaroAfter 30 years of improving performance exhaust for various segments of the aftermarket industry, Thermal R&D Exhaust has entered the American muscle car market under its Thermal R&D branded line. Thermal has already begun producing stainless steel performance exhaust systems for Mustangs, Camaros and Challengers and has plans to expand its American muscle offerings in the near future to include the Corvette and Viper.

All Thermal R&D Exhaust systems are handcrafted using high-end T304 stainless steel and they are manufactured in the U.S. Using the highest-quality stainless steel available T304, which has more chromium and nickel content than T409 it offers Thermal end users a longer product life as a result of being less susceptible to corrosion, including rust.

Thermal R&D Exhaust President Matt Wilkerson said, “Our entry into the American muscle car market has been a long time coming. We make some of the best performance exhaust systems in the world. It was a natural next step for us to develop exhaust systems for American muscle. Our focus remains on delivering high-quality sound and increased horsepower through research and development. We’re excited about where we are now, and where we’re heading.”
