US Motor Works Awarded With AutoZone Mexico’s ‘Extra Miler Award’

Since 2012, US Motor Works has received three Extra Miler Awards and one Vendor of the Year Award from AutoZone Mexico.

US Motor Works - LogoUS Motor Works LLC (USMW), a manufacturer and distributor of water pumps, fan clutches, electric fuel pumps, timing kits and oil pumps for the automotive and heavy-duty industries, was presented with the “Extra Miler Award” from AutoZone Mexico on Feb. 4.

“They [USMW] are always looking for ways to improve. They constantly support the stores with the maintenance and replacement of the test equipment and with a 1-800 tech line, all of this was translated to a reduction in the damage return rate by 100 bps in one year only,” said Claudia Decanini, AutoZone director.

Since 2012, USMW has received three Extra Miler Awards and one Vendor of the Year Award from AutoZone Mexico.
