Uni-Select Acquires Colwood-Langford Auto Supply Ltd. And B.H. McFarlane Automotive Inc.

Uni-Select - LogoUni-Select Inc. announced it has completed the acquisition, through one of its Canadian subsidiaries, of the remaining 50 percent equity interest of Colwood-Langford Auto Supply Ltd. and the assets of B.H. McFarlane Automotive Inc.

Colwood, a member of Uni-Select since 1994, has been a well-reputed wholesaler of automotive parts and paint products since 1970. The Colwood team has served the market for more than 45 years from eight locations on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands in British Columbia. The 85 professionals who contributed to building its reputation and position in the market will now join the Uni-Select staff.

B.H. McFarlane, a member of Uni-Select, has been a wholesaler of automotive parts and paint products since 1982. Its team of professionals has served the market for more than 30 years from one location in New Hamburg, Ontario. Fifteen teammates from B.H. McFarlane will now join the Uni-Select team.
