TRW Announces Range Extension And Reminds Consumers To Check Parts In Preparation For Winter Weather

TRW Extends Its Chassis Program By 39 SKUs

TRW’s chassis program covers 95 percent of the North American aftermarket, and this latest range extension is comprised of 16 control arms, three ball joints, two tie rod ends, two inner tie rods, two drag links, one stabilizer link, one sway bar bushing and one adjustor sleeve.

TRW - AAPEXTRW’s North American (NA) Aftermarket Group has extended its all makes premium chassis program by a further 39 SKUs including the latest parts for the Jeep Wrangler, Nissan Altima, Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, Honda Accord and Toyota RAV4.

The total number of chassis parts available from the leading automotive safety expert now exceeds 3,200, which, the company says, illustrates TRW’s commitment to the North American market and highlights its leading global position.

Mark Thorpe, TRW’s sales and marketing director, TRW Aftermarket North America, explained, “By working closely with the vehicle manufacturers and by directly translating the OE power of our parent company ZF TRW into our aftermarket offer, we ensure that the aftermarket has the parts it needs in the shortest time possible.”

In addition, the business has spoken out to remind the market to book vehicles in for an all-important health check to make sure that everything is in order for when the inclement winter weather arrives.

Thorpe added, “At TRW, safety is our No. 1 priority. Many drivers often leave it to the last minute to ensure that all the components in their vehicle are in perfect working order before the cold weather strikes. This is particularly important when it comes to safety critical systems such as braking and steering.”

Complementing TRW’s range of premium, all-makes disc brake pad parts and with a strong focus on European and Asian Pacific references, the program is manufactured to exacting OE standards by TRW at its leading global manufacturing facilities across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
