New Packaging For TMD Friction’s Textar Brand

New Textar Brand DesignLUXEMBURG – Friction material specialist TMD Friction has unveiled a new packaging design for its premium brand Textar.

The new packaging retains the yellow color that customers have come to know. However, according to TMD, the new box design features new imagery and has a futuristic feel in keeping with the brand’s innovative ethos. Similarly, the new tagline “brake technology” further positions Textar not only as a brake pad specialist, but as a technology leader and innovator, the company adds. The company wants to remind customers that each set of Textar brake pads is an embodiment of the vast knowledge and expertise that has made TMD Friction one of today’s leading Original Equipment (OE) manufacturers.

Commenting on the new design, Pascal Langer, marketing director, independent aftermarket at TMD Friction, said, “The new image for our premium brand Textar has been designed to communicate an important message to our partners in the replacement parts market, as well as to the end-users of our products: Every Textar brake pad is the result of TMD Friction’s deep commitment to research and development, and our constant quest to create the very best brake technology solutions.”

Textar brake pads are already being supplied in the new packaging, and the new design is to be rolled-out across other product groups over the coming months. The new image already appears on the Textar website and is currently being applied across all of the brand’s media channels and marketing materials.
