CRP Automotive Introduces Environmentally Friendly Pentofrost E Antifreeze For Multipurpose Applications In Water-Cooled Engines

Meets OE specifications for Audi, Volkswagen, Bentley and Lamborghini.

CRANBURY, N.J. – CRP Automotive, a leading source of OE-quality replacement parts for Asian and European import vehicle applications, has introduced Pentofrost E, a multipurpose antifreeze concentrate produced through an environmentally friendly process. According to CRP, this new product delivers the same performance as Pentofrost ++ while meeting the OE specifications of Audi/Volkswagen TL 774 J. It also is approved for Bentley and Lamborghini vehicles.

Pentofrost E is approved for Audi/Volkswagen 2006 and up. It can also be used where VW G12++ or G13 is required. Pentrofrost E meets ASTM D-3306 and is offered in 1.5L and 5L sizes.

Pentofrost E is produced using an environmentally friendly manufacturing process, which features the addition of glycerin to its glycol base. Its formula contains no nitrites, phosphates, amines or phosphorous containing additives, CRP says. The company adds that Pentofrost E protects all material used in cooling systems and is recommended for non-ferrous metals and year-round use.

According to Mark Malone, Pentosin brand manager, "Unlike commodity fluids for general application, Pentosin technical fluids are formulated to match OE specifications for specific performance, dilution and color.”

All Pentosin products are backed by the CRP Automotive standard of excellence. For more information, visit www.pentosin.net.
