Magnum Gaskets By MSI Announces Expanded Phone And Web Tech Support

BANNOCKBURN, Ill. – Magnum Gaskets now has a new dedicated phone line (727-873-1845) and e-mail address ([email protected]) with which to reach its gasket engineering and installation experts. Magnum Gaskets is the aftermarket division of Modern Silicone Technologies, a supplier of precision-molded gaskets to OEM and major aftermarket brands for the past two decades. 
 
“The scope of our product line and our market penetration continue to grow, therefore we are taking the next step in providing enhanced technical support to our valued customers," said Derek Data, Magnum vice president. "Magnum is dedicated to expanding the knowledge of installers and resellers, enabling them to make faster and more reliable repairs.”
 
According to the company, this effort coincides with Magnum’s continuing online training programs, from which hundreds of participants have graduated. The Magnum CounterForce Training Program is designed especially for jobbers, retailers and counter people who sell gaskets. The Magnum GasketMaster Training Program is tailored to professional technicians. Upon completion of either program, participants receive a certificate of recognition and black, heavyweight cotton Magnum T-shirt.
