N.A. Williams Launches New DataLink Services Website

New site highlights an array of custom call center services available from DataLink.

ATLANTA – N.A. Williams has launched a new website for its DataLink Services division, www.datalinkservices.com. The new site was announced by Neal Williams Jr., vice president of N.A. Williams and general manager of DataLink. A division of N.A. Williams Co., DataLink began in 2008 and has grown into a full-scale operation with offices located in Acworth, Ga.
 
DataLink Services was created to address customer requests for outsourced operational sales and customer service solutions. The division’s new website features a wide range of contact center activities available to help customers reduce costs and achieve measurable results, including:

·      lead generation/qualification

·      inside sales
