KYB Americas Corp. Registers New Trademark

KYB Americas Corp. has secured a new official trademark for "Original Equipment Shocks and Struts for the Aftermarket," as recognized by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

ADDISON, Ill. – KYB Americas Corp. has secured a new official trademark for "Original Equipment Shocks and Struts for the Aftermarket," as recognized by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

According to KYB, the company pursued the new trademark to serve as additional branding to the KYB family of products in the North American aftermarket. KYB has a long history as one of the largest manufacturers of original equipment shocks and struts. The company says the trademarked logo represents KYB’s commitment to incorporate the same manufacturing principles and quality into its aftermarket products as it does for its OEM products.

“At KYB, manufacturing the very best products for our customers is at the heart of what we do,” said KYB Vice President Mike Fiorito. “We believe the Original Equipment Shocks and Struts for the Aftermarket trademark better defines KYB’s product strategy and provides our customers with a distinct advantage in the ride control market.”
