2007 Aftermarket eForum Offers Informative Educational Track Sessions; Early-Bird Registration Deadline Extended

Three in-depth educational track sessions on hot industry issues will be offered during the first day of the 2007 Aftermarket eForum, July 16-18 at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Chicago. All three sessions will run concurrently from 1 to 4:30 p.m. on Monday, July 16. In addition, the early-bird registration deadline for the 2007 Aftermarket eForum has been extended to June 15.

BETHESDA, MD – Three in-depth educational track sessions on hot industry issues will be offered during the first day of the 2007 Aftermarket eForum, July 16-18 at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Chicago. All three sessions will run concurrently from 1 to 4:30 p.m. on Monday, July 16.

An eForum track session titled: “IS Outsourcing for Manufacturers” will answer the question: Is information systems (IS) outsourcing right for your company? This thought-provoking and practical session will be facilitated by David Caruso, principal, David Caruso & Associates, and will feature Fred Dingraudo, CIO, Affinia Group and Bill Haser, CIO, Tenneco.

Another session, titled, “Pursuing Excellence in Data Management,” will be led by Doug Derrick, partner, supply chain management, Accenture and will look at better data management and synchronization. Panel members will include: Ed Rammel, vice president, marketing, Dayco Products LLC and Ed Heon, president, DATAgility. This session will look at industry success stories, and also at a data synchronization study conducted for the Food Marketing Institute that showed greater than expected benefits.

The third track session will take an in-depth look at “eMarketing 2.0” — localized eMarketing, social network sites and bookmarking sites. The session is being facilitated by Dan Jondron of Advanced Digital Strategies and Alan Dicker of SEMA. Panelists will include Luanne Brown of eTool Developers, Steve Frazier of Amazon.com and Gigi Ho of Digital Performance.

The early-bird registration deadline for the 2007 Aftermarket eForum has been extended to June 15. Attendees can save $200 off the regular rates when they register online, by fax or mail. The eForum will be held July 16-18 at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare near Chicago and features an agenda packed with featured presentations, panel discussions, breakout sessions and educational tracks – all focused on innovative technology solutions to today’s business challenges.

Members of AAIA, AWDA, AIA Canada, MEMA and SEMA can register the first attendee for $695. Additional attendees are $595. Non-member rates are $895/$795.
