Magna Tyres Group celebrated its 10-year anniversary on March 23. Ten years ago, Michael de Ruijter, founder and CEO, sold the company’s first OTR tyres. Since then, the company has grown into a worldwide organization with 10 sales offices worldwide.
Since the launch in 2006, the company says it has experienced an impressive year-over-year annual growth rate and continues to expand all over the world. The product range started with OTR tires but, over the years, has been expanded with port handling, industrial and truck, and this year introduced agriculture tires.
Going forward, Magna Tyres Group will focus on the expansion of the dealer network in Europe and the future construction of a new 24,000-square-meter (258,333-square-feet) warehouse at the headquarters in Waalwijk, The Netherlands.
