Champion Laboratories Selects DataServ SaaS for Human Resources

Under this multi-year agreement, DataServ's H2R Solution will provide Champion full document life cycle management.

ST. LOUIS, Mo. — As part of a Human Resource process improvement initiative, Champion Laboratories has selected DataServ’s Software as a Service (SaaS) H2R solution to automate their HR document management.

Under this multi-year agreement, DataServ’s H2R Solution will provide Champion full document life cycle management including software, initialization, training and support, remote scanning, indexing, electronic storage and destruction as well as ongoing management and long-term archival of their HR documents.

Craig Jungels, account manager at DataServ, comments, "Our H2R solution Champion selected has all the benefits of the latest document management technology without the capital investment, technological obsolescence or IT resource expense associated with traditional software. Our Virtual Personnel File Solution within H2R handles the capture and management of their HR documents electronically at any stage of a document’s lifecycle and was key to procuring this agreement."

Champion’s goals for implementing DataServ’s solution were to gain visibility and control of their HR document process and to improve their compliance with packet completion processes.

Ginger Boewe, manager of customer data for Champion Laboratories, comments, "We’ve used DataServ’s Q2C solution on the AR side for almost four years now, and we are confident with their document and process automation service. With some downsizing in our HR department, file management became more difficult, so we looked to their H2R solution to help. Another important driver for us is security and disaster recovery, which DataServ handles very well."
