AAIA/PBES to Sponsor Three Jobber Sessions at NACE

The Paint, Body and Equipment Specialists segment of the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association is sponsoring three workshops at this year's International Autobody Congress & Exposition (NACE) in Las Vegas Nov. 2-5, 2005. The first session, titled the "Benefits of Value Added Services," will take place Wednesday, Nov. 2 at 10:30 a.m. and features industry experts - Stacy Bartnik, director of franchise services, CarStar and Karen Fierst, KerenOr Consultants.

BETHESDA, MD — The Paint, Body and Equipment Specialists segment of the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association is sponsoring three workshops at this year’s International Autobody Congress & Exposition (NACE) in Las Vegas Nov. 2-5, 2005. The first session, titled the “Benefits of Value Added Services,” will take place Wednesday, Nov. 2 at 10:30 a.m. and features industry experts – Stacy Bartnik, director of franchise services, CarStar and Karen Fierst, KerenOr Consultants.

On the afternoon of Thursday, Nov. 3, there will be back-to-back sessions starting at 2 p.m. presented by Bernie Blickenstaff, Collision Management Services, Inc., on the topic “Distribution Dynamics,” followed by Mark Clark, Professional PBE Systems, on “Business Metrics for the Lean & Profitable Jobber.”

The sessions will wrap up with a panel that includes jobbers who have successfully incorporated some of the practices outlined in these presentations.
