ZAK Products Named One Of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies By Inc. Magazine

Company makes it to the list for the second consecutive year, propelled by a 76 percent growth rate since 2010.

IRVING, Texas – For the second consecutive year, ZAK Products has been named to Inc. Magazine’s annual “Inc. 500/5000,” an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The Texas-based specialty automotive fluids manufacturer has experienced a growth rate of 76 percent over the past three years, increased its customer base by more than 15 percent in 2013 and increased annual revenue 20 percent year-over-year. NEXEMO, the firm’s automotive dealer/installer online procurement solution, led the way with an impressive 70 percent growth rate, the company noted.

ZAK Products joins other prominent brands featured in the 2014 rankings, which provide a comprehensive look at one of the most important segments of the economy — America’s independent entrepreneurs.

“The Inc. 500|5000 list represents the strongest, most innovative companies in the United States, and we strive to attain that strength and innovation every day,” said Vic Keller, founder of ZAK Products Inc. “This recognition is a reflection of the dedication of our employees as well as the trust our partners place in us. I think this combination of knowledgeable employees, trusted partners and innovative products will help continue our growth into the future.”

ZAK Products evolved from a simple automotive chemical company to a leading manufacturer of premium-quality, professional grade chemicals for vehicle maintenance, as well as safety and accessory items. To help dealerships create long-term customer relationships, the company created Service Sales University, a world-class training program where "service advisers" become "trusted advisers" to car owners. ZAK Products says it is also is the No. 1 professional maintenance fluid of NASCAR.

“When we founded ZAK Products in 2002, our goal was to not only offer quality auto chemicals, but change the way our industry does business,” continued Keller. “Over the past 12 years, we have expanded our business from just two products to over 5,000, and created a service model unmatched in our industry. Our growth and customer satisfaction rate, along with our NASCAR recognition, are evidence that our vision of becoming more than just an automotive chemical company is coming to fruition.”

In its first full year of business, ZAK Products had 43 clients, 10 employees and three outside distributors. The company said it credits "sweat equity, elbow grease and a clear vision for the future" for its growth as an industry leader and a valued partner for its clients.
