XL Parts/The Parts House Acquire IEH Auto Parts

The acquisition expands Marubeni Automotive’s location count to 220.

XL Parts/The Parts House acquired the assets of IEH Auto Parts LLC d.b.a. Auto Plus in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, and Indiana. This includes three distributions centers located in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina.

XL Parts/The Parts House are sister companies with an integrated leadership team, owned by Marubeni Automotive Aftermarket Holdings (Marubeni Automotive).

“These Auto Plus associates, locations, and distribution centers will be great additions to our footprint.
