Jefferies, sole financial advisor to YourMechanic, says the strategic combination of two companies will create a leading player in the mobile repair industry.

Jefferies LLC, global investment bank serving the automotive aftermarket and adjacent auto tech and mobility sectors, announced the purchase of YourMechanic by Wrench Inc. on June 15, 2022, for an undisclosed amount.

Jefferies says the strategic combination of two companies will create a leading player in the mobile repair industry.

During the transaction, Jefferies acted as the sole financial advisor to YourMechanic.

Ziebart International Corporation kicked off its milestone anniversary celebration with the Defending Our Legacy: Ziebart’s 65th Anniversary event to unveil a new exhibit at the Detroit Historical Museum.

The event took place on Thursday, March 28, at the Detroit Historical Museum. Brand founder Kurt Ziebart’s family was in attendance, along with the head of the International Franchise Association (IFA), and a University of Michigan icon.
