YourMechanic is a nationwide platform that delivers mobile automotive repair and maintenance services to consumer and enterprise customers.
Jefferies says the strategic combination of two companies will create a leading player in the mobile repair industry.
During the transaction, Jefferies acted as the sole financial advisor to YourMechanic.
