WIN To Hold ‘Get The 411’ Virtual Event

The event is open to WIN members, and all collision repair professionals.

The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) will be sponsoring its next virtual event, The 411 on WIN; an informative webinar taking place from 1-2 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, July 14, where prospective members can learn about WIN, and new members can learn how to get more involved in the organization.

“Join us for this special look at how WIN works, what we’re up to, and ways you can engage with our organization,” said Liz Stein, WIN executive committee secretary. “We’ll also be announcing our 2021 Annual Conference location! Our current board will host this online event and looks forward to seeing you all then.”

The webinar is open and free to all WIN members and to any professional in the collision repair industry. To register click here or go to: https://thewomensindustrynetwork.site-ym.com/event/WIN411

According to WIN Chair Cheryl Boswell, “We are thrilled to see WIN membership and support continue to grow and programs expand. We encourage women and men in Canada and the USA to increase their professional network and become a WIN member. WIN’s mission is to drive industry sustainability by developing women through education and connections.”

“Benefits in serving on a WIN committee include helping build your leadership abilities and confidence. It’s an opportunity to get involved and meet other professionals in team-building sessions that give back to our membership as well as the industry,” adds Stein. “Tuesday’s session will be an informative event where we hope to educate prospective members about the features and benefits of joining WIN, but also encourage existing members to become more involved, and thus helping expand their careers and networking capabilities.”

WIN features several committees, which are available for members to serve and increase their networking and leadership skills:

  • Board of Directors
  • Conference Committee
  • Finance Committee
  • Governance Committee
  • Marketing Committee
  • Membership Committee
  • Nominating Committee
  • Most influential Women (MIW) Committee
  • Scholarship Committee
  • Outreach Committee
  • Sponsorship Committee

WIN is a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit organization. WIN recognizes excellence, promotes leadership, and fosters a network specifically for and among women.
