2016 marks the 10th anniversary of the Women’s Industry Network (WIN). WIN Full - Logo2016 marks the 10th anniversary of the Women’s Industry Network (WIN). WIN is committed to supporting women who have chosen the collision repair industry as their professional home and has just kicked off its 2016 sponsorship campaign. The campaign runs through Jan. 10, 2016.

Susanna Gotsch, chair of the WIN Sponsorship Committee, commented on the importance of industry sponsorship: “As an all-volunteer non-profit network, our ability to develop programs to support our members, and ultimately our industry, depends upon the support and generosity of our sponsors across diverse industry segments. We are grateful for the confidence the industry has shown and look forward to cultivating new sponsor relationships this year. ”

During 2015, WIN experienced an increase in membership numbers, industry sponsorship, communications, attendance at the WIN Educational Conference, scholarship support, visibility at industry events and recognition of the Most Influential Women in the Collision Repair Industry program.

WIN also expanded its scholarship program in 2015, and awarded five college tuition and three high school tuition scholarships to eight young women who have chosen to study in the collision repair industry. In addition, it its annual Educational Conference, WIN honored four outstanding female professionals with the “Most Influential Women” (MIW) award. The MIW program recognizes women who have enriched the industry with their leadership, vision and commitment to excellence. Each scholarship winner was then paired with an MIW honoree to create mentoring relationships to support the young women entering the industry.

Corporate sponsorships are currently being sought to allow WIN to continue to expand its programs of education, networking and mentorship. A variety of sponsorship opportunities exist to support the organization’s activities.  Sponsors are recognized on the WIN website, in all promotional opportunities, signage and verbal acknowledgments during member functions, as well as WIN activities at NACE and other industry events.
