WEGMANN Automotive Donates $10,000 To Disaster Relief

The donation was made to the Middle Tennessee Disaster Relief Fund following the tragic tornadoes earlier this week.

WEGMANN automotive, located just 30 miles south of Nashville, Tennessee, donated $10,000 to the Middle Tennessee Disaster Relief Fund following the tragic tornadoes earlier this week. The destruction that Nashville and some surrounding suburbs woke up to on Tuesday morning was disturbing. Families lost their homes, belongings, and for a few, their family members. Following the storms, the “Nashville Strong” movement arose, and the community started raising money, items and donating their time to re-build what was lost. The city is loved by so many people and what happened overnight was something no one expected.

“We cannot just watch from afar as our community members struggle to re-build their homes and provide for their families. WEGMANN automotive is proud to be a strong business in middle Tennessee and we knew immediately that we needed to help” said Jeff Waechter, president & CEO of WEGMANN automotive USA, Inc.
