Advanced Car Care Center

It’s the oldest love story in the industry: Girl buys car, car needs service, assistant service manager asks girl out. For Megan and Chip Broemmer, the purchase of that 1994 Toyota has resulted in a journey that has taken them through a number of segments in the aftermarket.

Broemmer has a BS in biology from Indiana University and her husband has an automotive technology degree from Ivy Tech, along with both an undergraduate degree and graduate degree in industrial management/engineering. The two have reinvented their careers since 2015, building Advanced Car Care Center into a premier shop in Stafford, Missouri.

Broemmer brings a perspective to the shop from outside the automotive industry and has provided an environment where individuals are recognized, appreciated and function as an effective team.

Advanced Car Care Center has won numerous awards from ASE, AAA, the BBB and the Midwest Auto Care Alliance.

As a past state president for Business Women of Missouri, Broemmer recognizes the extensive business opportunities this industry offers to women. “There are growing opportunities to learn and network at womens-only conferences with topics such as work-life integration, mentoring with women in the industry and other career challenges,” she says.
