Warren Staley Named to PACCAR Board

Staley served as chairman and chief executive officer of Cargill Inc., an international provider of food, agricultural and risk management products and services from 1999 until his retirement in 2007.

BELLEVUE, Wash. — Warren Staley has been named to PACCAR’s Board of Directors, effective Dec. 9. His appointment was announced by Mark Pigott, PACCAR chairman and chief executive officer.

Staley served as chairman and chief executive officer of Cargill Inc., an international provider of food, agricultural and risk management products and services from 1999 until his retirement in 2007. Cargill is the second largest privately held company in the United States. He joined Cargill in 1969 and was elected president and chief operating officer in 1998, chief executive officer and chairman in 1999.

Mitchell 1 has partnered with NEXIQ Technologies to provide a one-stop diagnostic-information resource for the commercial truck service industry.

The announcement came during a press conference held in conjunction with TMC’s 2024 Annual Meeting and Transportation Technology Exhibition.

Mitchell 1, developer of TruckSeries repair information, has packaged its diagnostic data within NEXIQ’s eTechnician PC-based diagnostics software to efficiently service medium- to heavy-duty trucks. Now, technicians can navigate from one information source to the other through the eTechnician diagnostic tool, eliminating the need to toggle between two software programs.
