WAI Global, a manufacturer and distributor specializing in rotating electrical, ignition, window regulator, wiper motor, and engine management products, recently announced the promotion of Ryan Moul to CEO. Moul has been with WAI since 2006, serving in management positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as senior vice president of operations and general counsel.

WAI also announced that Jordan Siegel, who joined the company in 2017, will now assume the roles of chief financial officer (CFO) and chief operating officer.

Jeff Sween, formerly CEO and co-president, and Doug Moul, formerly CFO and co-president, will serve as co-chairmen of the company.

“We are excited to have Ryan and Jordan in these leadership positions,” said Sween. “It marks the conclusion of a well-planned process conducted over the last year to ensure that we have an organizational structure capable and ready for long-term success.”

“We are confident Ryan has the right vision for our future and has already proven his ability to navigate the company in new and exciting directions,” said Doug Moul.

“I am honored to assume the role of CEO for WAI,” said Ryan Moul. “I want to thank Jeff and Doug for their steady leadership over the past three decades. The company has a history of growth, a dedicated global workforce of amazing employees and many long-term invaluable distribution partners for our products. I look forward to working with Jordan to build upon this foundation.”
