VAN BUREN TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Visteon has appointed Steven Ward as director of investor relations. He will report to William Quigley, executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Ward, 45, will oversee Visteon’s interactions and communications with financial analysts and investors. He has more than 20 years of experience in financial and treasury positions with Ford Motor Co. and Visteon, and for the past four years has been controller for Visteon’s global customer groups. Before that, he was director of financial strategy for Visteon’s treasurer’s office.
Ward has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from Indiana University.
