Penfund recently announced the appointment of Vange Proimos to the board of Plews & Edelmann. Proimos, past owner and CEO of AP Exhaust, has been an influential executive in the automotive aftermarket for many years.

There she will be serving as its Director of Government Affairs, which will keep her on the legislative and public policy side of advocating for the automotive aftermarket in Washington D.C.
