COVINGTON, KY — According to a report from the Lexington, KY, office of Knight-Ridder Newspapers, the Valvoline division of Ashland Inc. has acquired Buis Oil. Buis, based in Noblesville, IN, was founded in 1985. The company is one of many distributors of Valvoline products across the U.S.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
