Valeo Service Website Now Offers Technical Support Chat Feature

Site visitors now have access to the company's technical support specialists, who are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST) to answer technical questions from all aftermarket customer levels.

TROY, Mich. – Valeo Service USA, Valeo’s aftermarket division, has launched a technical support web chat feature on its www.valeoserviceusa.com website. Site visitors now have access to the company’s technical support specialists, who are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST) to answer technical questions from all aftermarket customer levels.
 
“Our independent aftermarket customers now have the choice to either electronically chat with one of our specialists or call our (888) 71-VALEO hotline,” said Valeo Quality and Technical Support Manager Nicolas Andrieux. “The web chat feature is another option for Valeo’s product purchasers to get quick, reliable and accurate support.”
 
The chat function will focus on primarily answering questions and concerns related to installation, warranty, product specifications, cataloging and new products. This includes assistance and information regarding Valeo Service’s wiper blades, clutch kits, rotating electrical, engine cooling, A/C compressors and lighting product lines.
