Valeo Launches New Premium Aftermarket Wiper Blade Line

Valeo has announced the launch of a new line of premium wiper blades for the aftermarket, featuring the same technology as it uses in its OE product. “With original equipment design and quality and Valeo innovations such as Tec3 rubber, these wipers will ensure a long lasting quality wipe and continued customer satisfaction. Simply put, these wiper blades will wipe like new, longer,” said Marc Senaux, aftermarket business & product development manager for Valeo Wiper Systems North America.

AUBURN HILLS, MI — Valeo has announced the launch of a new line of premium wiper blades for the aftermarket, featuring the same technology as it uses in its OE product.

“With original equipment design and quality and Valeo innovations such as Tec3 rubber, these wipers will ensure a long lasting quality wipe and continued customer satisfaction. Simply put, these wiper blades will wipe like new, longer,” said Marc Senaux, aftermarket business & product development manager for Valeo Wiper Systems North America.

Valeo’s new aftermarket wiper line consists of four series, including:

• 900 Series – Valeo Ultimate — The Ultimate wiper blades are now available both as an aftermarket upgrade for conventional wiper blades – with10 SKUs for blades 18 to 28 inches and featuring an innovative installation adapter for the very popular “hook-slot” design wiper arms – and as a replacement for vehicles that feature these blades direct from the manufacturer, including the popular Volkswagen Passat, Audi A6 and A4, Mercedes C-Class, CLK-Class and E-Class vehicles.

• 800 Series – SWF — The Specialized European Series SWF is a well-recognized wiper brand in Europe and is one of the most widely used wiper blades by vehicle manufacturers in Europe. Valeo is now offering exclusive SWF technologies to the North American aftermarket, including unique OE design windspoilers and curved wiper blades. The SWF series covers more than 90 percent of late European vehicle models.

• 700 Series – Valeo Original — The North American OE Design Wiper Blades More than one in three new vehicles produced in North America is equipped with Valeo wiper products. Valeo now brings their original equipment design and technology to the aftermarket. The strong, aerodynamic superstructure, the special windspoiler and the original equipment quality rubber wiping edge of the Valeo Original series provides showroom new quality wiping performance. The Valeo Original series covers more than 80 percent of domestically produced vehicles.

• 600 Series – Premium — The Full-Service Line Valeo is also introducing its new aftermarket replacement wiper blade series with premium quality design features and performance. The series features an all-metal galvanized superstructure for superior corrosion resistance, pin type construction for improved blade-to-windshield contact and Tec3 rubber technology. The 600 series delivers full market coverage with only 13 SKUs for blades 11 to 28 inches and contains all needed adapters in each package.
